Quotations & Pricing
Quick Quote and PDF estimates are indicative guides based on the measurements and options you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after site survey, material selection, and written quotation approval. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
A confirmed order requires signed approval of the final quotation and agreed deposit terms. Production timelines begin after deposit receipt and approved technical drawings. Payment schedules will be stated on your formal quotation.
Installation & Site Access
You agree to provide reasonable site access, utilities, and a prepared space for installation. Delays caused by site conditions, third-party trades, or client-requested changes may affect delivery dates and cost.
Warranty
Cabinet Master warrants workmanship on installed products according to the warranty terms on your quotation. Natural material variation, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications are excluded.
Intellectual Property
Designs, drawings, photography, and website content remain the property of Cabinet Master unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce our materials for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before other remedies.
